'How many bands can boast about being able to release pretty much whatever the fuck they want, get away with it and be praised for it!? No matter how familiar their sound might become with time, Sunburned have managed to forge a distinct sound for themselves which follows through each new release. How is this possible when pretty much anything goes? The Mouth At The End Of The Finger might sound familiar, as if I had heard it time and time again. Perhaps it's simply some elements or sound bits that I recognize from previous albums, perhaps it's just a similar mood, yet I can't help but thinking of it as new and unique! Such conflicting feelings invade and confuse me with each new release. Take The Problem Solver for example (my favorite track on the album), you could swap it with any track off of any other album by the band and no one could ever tell the difference. Universality without redundancy is a rare achievement.'

Sunburned moved out of its loft in 2005, in 2007 Byron Coley's Ecstatic Yod New Grass Center For Underground Culture in Florence, Massachusetts, along with Ron's Surefire warehouse in Brattleboro, Vermont became regular playing spaces for the group. This is a session from the Yod. Ron Schneiderman is responsible for the art, titles and production of this which was released as a cdr in 2008.
