This sounds like some bum playing his Radio Shack keyboard in a dingy metro station at three AM in a lousy part of town. Things sometimes get interesting as during the outro to Knifelife where buzzing background noises and shimmering car door alarm sounds form some sort of sci-fi alien soundtrack.'
